All Kids Enrollment Event Toolkit

Welcome to the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law's All Kids Enrollment Event Toolkit.   Health insurance is one of the single most important supports for kids to grow up healthy, productive and happy!  We are proud of Illinois' All Kids program, which provides health insurance to all of Illinois' uninsured children.  But there is still work to do to find and enroll uninsured children.  That’s where an enrollment event comes in!

Planning an enrollment event can seem like a daunting task.  While there are many details to tackle and decisions to make, we hope that this toolkit makes your job easier.   Our goal is to condense the most helpful information in one place and make it Illinois-specific.

Congratulations on undertaking such a challenging but ultimately rewarding task.  Give yourself a pat on the back.  Are you ready to dive in?

Use the tools and examples provided on each page as a guide and inspiration for your own event.  Some of the examples are from specific events and can serve as a basis for your materials, while others are more general and have blank spaces where you can insert your own information.  Remember you can always ask for additional help and guidance.
