Why Do an Enrollment Event?

Through its All Kids health insurance program for children, Illinois has a unique opportunity to ensure that every child in the state has health insurance.  Illinois' All Kids program has become a national leader in insuring children by providing comprehensive, low or no cost health insurance to all uninsured children regardless of health conditions or income.  However, there are still approximately 235,400 uninsured children in Illinois.  This is a problem we can solve!

An All Kids enrollment event will benefit our state for years to come because healthy kids become healthy and productive adults.  As a community leader, you have the opportunity to encourage enrollment in All Kids through any number of efforts.  However, one of the best ways to enroll kids in All Kids is to have a one-day enrollment event where parents and guardians can get the assistance they need to enroll their children in Illinois' All Kids program.
